Easy to deal with prompt service and shipping.

The customer service was outstanding in the Bondi store. The two people helping me brought out a variety of hats, helping me pick the best one for my face shape.

Fast shipping (to the EU), flow less quality. No complaints at all

Very simple ordering process and fast delivery

easy transaction

Perfect! Thank you.

Extraordinary

I want to say that the young lady that helped me in the Brisbane store was a very great person. She served with a smile and she had very good knowledge of the Akubra range and also the Akubra brand. It is good to see someone that has some interest in the job that they do and a passion for what they do. Thanks

well done!

Quick delivery and great customer care. What more do you want from an Australian company!
