Admin only posts positive reviews so don’t let all the 5 stars fool you. Customer service for defective items is horrible. Buy from someone with better return policies.

If you have any issues with your purchase be ready for bad news. They will send you directly to the manufacturer and won’t work to resolve your issue.

Don’t purchase from this company. If you have any issues with your gun after 30 days, they will not help you. Buy from Amazon or purchase with PayPal because customer service will not help you.

Purchased 2 guns and one didn’t work. Wasn’t able to use until a few days after the 30 day purchase price when the defect was discovered. Called and customer service told me that since over 30 days there is nothing they can do. If you get a defective product, don’t expect them to make the situation right. Use PayPal or look on Amazon so you don’t have to deal with bad service if your product is defective.

I purchased 2 Lancer Tactical Airsoft guns for my kids. Was not able to use them until 33 days after purchase. When I called to return and get a replacement I was told that since I was a few days over the 30 day return policy that there was nothing they could do and I will need to reach out to Lancer Tactical directly. Clearly this is a company that just wants your money, so keep that in mind for if you ever have an issue…expect the worst. I will never purchase from this company again and recommend using PayPal if you do, so you can get your money back.

Mag release pin fell out after the 1st time. The range tested the gun and gave it a blue sticker. The worst color as powerful as a pistol. The gun needs upgraded springs to be any good and parts that don't just fall out of the gun. Disappointed in the gun and price of the gun based on it's performance.

Purchased multiple orders from them, service is unmatched. Compared to Evike, AirsoftGi, and Airsoft Megastore, they are the fastest I've worked with, stuff ships out within a day, gets here fast, works great, love the site.

Really good gun I loved, feel so realistic heavy weight and very strong.

So, we are just learning about all of this and made a mess of what we ordered. They have made it right by taking returns without any headaches. I'm so relieved at how nice they have been.

The things I've ordered from here were great, no complaints with the products, but everytime I order things it says 3-7 business days, but almost all of my orders have taken 3 plus weeks to show up. Even my order right now that I've ordered a week ago says its shipping, but still hasn't moved from the sender. Just a little disappointing sometimes.

Had problems with the gun I ordered found out it was on back order and not available talked with Kev.R and she fixed it let me exchange it for another and got it out to me quickly and it arrived almost 4days early
