The gun is really good but the magazines that it uses i have had to sent two back and the two I got sent don't work.

There is literally nothing anyone there has to do besides make sure the right box is clicked, and every single, simple step has been grossly mishandled from lying about the discounts, to lying about the release dates, to screwing up the orders, to promising 3–7-day delivery and taking 12, to not responding to any questions with any reasonable response, to not accommodating to any customer wishes, to screwing up a refund where you have to get a request to return form, which is not the same as returning an item, for one needs to see what they will be refunding before one can even consider continuing with the return, to even not wanting to accept an exchange because it would only inconvenience them. . . if I could go below 0/5 stars I would.

I ordered the Lancer Tactical gen 2 interceptor and loved it shoots great doesn't jam is very accurate and feels solid. The customer service is great. My package arrived in only 2 days I will definitely be ordering from here again

Customer service is awful. they don’t answer the phone - it hangs up when you select customer service. Expedited shipping - they are charging for a service they don’t truly offer.

WOW... just WOW. I understand if you mess up once or twice, but 4 times on 1 order? sheesh, not good. I placed an order for an ACRTURUS x C.A.T AEG rifle on the 1st of June 2024, they just now are shipping it today, which is the 6th of June 2024. I paid for the $38 shipping for 1-2. days, however when I looked at the tracking number, its sent as ground. ALSO!!!! They sent it to The wrong state.... sooo... idek how you mess-up a simple order like this 4 times. CUSTOMERS!!! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR! ----STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.----

I went to buy a $20 bipod for my sons rifle, and they want $21 shipping? There should be a USPS option, would rather wait a week and not pay more for shipping than the product!

Shipping was fast, but I think there are better deals on evike. I mean definitely have options, but I feel the shipping may be a little bit more pricey. Might come back here for gear or something.

I don’t mean to complain but when you sell a customer a gun and full price as a new gun and it’s been used that’s very wrong I can understand if the customer is aware and is ok with that but when you are told it is a brand new gun and it’s used that’s complete messed up I took it to a person that specializes in airsoft and when he asked how much I used it after 1 game the selector switch fell off and he told me that it has been used for more that what I have used it for personally that is wrong

My son bought a gun from them. Paid $221 for it including tax. He decided on something else and returned it. They would only give him $208 back. Which was just the cost of the gun. What a joke. Never going there again.

I didn’t realize that I would need to purchase a battery and charger for the rifle I got my son for Christmas. Although it is stated in the specifications way down the page. It would be nice if the website told you the parts you would need to purchase to make the gun complete. Other websites like crutchfield’s website let you know all the parts you might need when checking out.

First of all I admit it was completely my fault for ordering something online. As soon as I clicked purchased, I immediately changed my mind. I tried to cancel order online but no button to cancel it on the website. Tried emailing customer service right away so that they have the time to cancel it and don’t need to pay for the 18$ shipping fee. Somebody emailed me back after couple of hours to tell me that it was already processed. So now I have to pay for the 18$ plus the shipping fee to return it. I think this are minor stuff to fix that doesn’t need to be escalated further. Not a good first time experience.

Love it Love it Love it!! Couldn’t speak any greater about it!! Technically this version is the M42 since it’s not the real deal but it is pretty point on to the actual real life MG42. Full metal just as it says it is with a nice wooden stock and grip just like they came back then. Overall it’s a very nice Machine Gun, it’s as real as it gets especially its size and weight. Feels amazing to the hands, very real to the feel and look. Shipping was quick especially coming from the west coast to the east coast, a week at most with a holiday in the way. Not bad at all! A+++++

I ordered 5 items off this website. 4 airsoft guns and an extra magazine, well 2 of my guns never showed up and they said they’ve been delivered. Also had a buddy order an airsoft gernade and it didn’t come complete. It was missing the pin. Order from this website if you want to give your money away and not receive your items.

This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. I had to email them multiple times to get a response sometimes even not getting a response for months messaging both the order email and my ticket. The service was 2-4 months which I thought was long at first. But they had a lil sum in store for me with a year and a half wait for 1 1/2 hours of work. I also had to pay full price for shipping and the one part they replaced which was not broken when I put it in. That isn't even why I'm upset its the fact I had to wait so long and pest them about something I had to pay for. I tried to support a smaller site and do my part. But this happened to be the worse decision online. Also the number on the site is listed wrong I called multiple times and it timed out. But when they finally got back to me a week later it was from a different number so I declined it. I can give you a few tips though. Work on responding and fix the number on the site.

I just got this yesterday AND, It is OUTSTANDING! Accurate-great groups, the gun itself is beautiful as a replica of the BENELLI M3! A great addition to an Airsoft ARSENAL!!!!!!!!!!!
