We have been using Air Doctor air filter machines for years. They have been extremely reliable. Easy to maintain and filter change is a breeze. Filter change notification works well (proper timing) and ensures we always have clean filters in place.

AD3500- I love it!! It
AD3500- I love it!! It gives me peace of mind knowing it’s doing its ‘job’. It’s quite enough to go to sleep. You can turn off the glowing blue lights at night. Great feature! Buy it!

Non working air purifier
Great customer service! The person I spoke to tried to help me troubleshoot my unit. When it was clear that nothing was working, he had a new air purifier sent to my house. He also arranged for me to return the non working unit. Everything was very hassle free.

Good, but too loud
I bought an Air Doctor 2000 recently to clean the air in my bedroom and office from contaminants like mold (as we are in the midst of dealing with water damage). I like the AD2000 air purifier. It seems strong and has an impressive set of filters. However, I find it too loud, even on the lowest setting. I can't sleep with it on, and I even find it distracting if I have it on in my office while working. Defeats the purpose, really. I very much wish these air purifiers were quiet. My husband bought a Levoit, which may not be as good at filtering the air, but is super quiet. I'd like to have the best of both worlds. . . . In short, I am slightly disappointed by the Air Doctor product.
