Very satisfied with the overall build quality, especially the wheels. I was looking for a daily-use bag with wheels, as carrying a laptop and external keyboard had become too heavy, but I didn’t want something that looked like typical business travel luggage. I use it about 95% of the time on wheels and 5% with the top handle. The handle is the only part that feels a bit cheap, though it does the job. I don’t use the shoulder straps, as it takes too long to set them up—but that may just be personal preference.

We bought both the MAX and the Flex and we are just happy with the purchase

It was great, arrived intact, the drop off was ok, as I got a notice right away and went to my pickup spot yo retrieve it. Excited to go on my trip this fall. . everything works great, no problem using the air pump or opening the zipper. . very excited.
