Nice unit works great just to expensive for size of unit

We purchased a Healthmate Plus which has turned out to be a great investment in our well being. We painted the interior of our house and the filter did a good job mitigating the fumes while we were working. When our neighbor fires up his gross-polluting truck and the fumes creep in through our window the filter cleared the air quite well even though the manufacturer makes no claims that the filter clears gasses from the air. There's not much we can control about the harmful chemicals (perfumes, fabric softeners, road tar, etc) on the outside, but the Healthmate Plus has truly helped keep our home a sanctuary.

I use the Alen air purifier primarily at night because it purifies the air when the heat or air conditioner is on so I sleep without interruptions. It seems to filter the stuffiness out of the air. I am very happy with this purchase.

Your air purifier worked well in our previous home. Since we have moved, conditions have changed and we have been able to stop using your product. Please cancel our filter replenishment program.

It seems to be doing just what it cllaimed to do.

We have never owned this particular purifier before. We tried the Alen after we read reviews about it. We have only had ours for a few weeks and the real test will come when my grandchildren, who have allergies and my son-in-law, who has asthma have had a chance to stay in our home. So far, so good!

Really does its job, it's great.

I really like the air filter. I have noticed a significant decrease in dust and animal hair around my downstairs. I even like the white noise it creates!

This makes the inside air so clean that My nose doesn't run,food tastes better and the air circulating in this studio apt makes it ideal. Even my appetite has returned!

I've owned my Alan purifiers for well over 10 years and always purchase the hepa filters at American.Ever since we've owned them the "little trail of Kleenex" continues to diminish each Allergy Season. Long way of saying I'm very pleased withe my Alan's - bot them here and wouldn't go anywhere else for the filters either. Oh and did I mention - great price?

I had had a severe allergic reaction to an unknown environmentmental and decided to take action. Purchasing an air purifier that removed all toxins was manditory so I did my research - within 24 hours we could feel the air was "lighter" & "crisper". Very pleased!

Since installing my Alen air purifier I am no longer wheezing and coughing from the poor air quality we have been experiencing from the California fires. I am asthmatic and the purifier relieved my problems with the bad air. Thanks Alen!

Evidently the website has gone through some changes within the last year. The last couple of times I tried to use the site, I couldn’t log in (I am a repeat customer) and had to do the online chat thing to get help. Also, I didn’t see that they had kept my automatic delivery request in their records (didn’t show up online), so I signed up again. Got an unscheduled delivery of air filters because when I went back online, I was signed up twice. Very frustrating!

Am very please with my purifier, There were fire in N. Idaho, E. Idaho and Wa on the border of Id. With the purifier I was able to stay in my home with all the smoke and having COPD

Filters well but noisy

Please change my length of reordering to 10 instead of what it is now . If this cannot be ordered this way. Then every 12 months.

I am so pleased with the T500 Air Purifier's performance in mom's basement. I stay there many nights to care for her and I need dust free, pollen free and cool atmosphere. I am an asthmatic who did a lot of research and cleaned out my system and maintain a very healthy lifestyle. The T500 has a fan that cools me off while it's cleaning the atmosphere in the bedroom. I don't have any problems with the "noise" some folks mentioned in their reviews. I will recommend this to anyone looking for clean air. The basement does not have the odor that identifies a basement.

I am enjoying my air purifier. It has three settings giving me a choice of cool air. I use it every night. It's fan like qualities keep me cool when the nights are warm.
