I did not order this filter, or the last one. I ordered a replacement carbon and HEPA filter for my Aller Air 5000 Exec a couple months ago. When I placed the order, your website started having errors, and somehow I ended up getting carbon filters each month since then. I noticed an email this month that you guys were about to send me another one, so I called to cancel the order. No one answered, and it kicked to voicemail. I left my name, the order number, and the cancel request on voicemail; the voicemail said that I would receive a callback. The callback never happened. Since I left a cancel request, that filter was never supposed to arrive. Please cancel any further automatic orders regarding any and all filters.

I called because I had so questions about what was the right system for me. The rep had all the answers, and was quick and efficient . I received my unit days ahead of schedule. The rep was accurate it was the right system for me and I love it.

Re-ordered my filters fir my purifier...very ..god service is wonderful...

I like your selection and rating and the detailed descriptions of the machines you offer. I checked other sites as well, but ended up ordering from you. We are very pleased with the Alen T500 air purifier. It has three speeds with increasing noise levels. The lowest speed was too quiet for us as we like a little noise to sleep by. The second was perfect for us. It works quite well and I would recommend it.

This is a great product. From the simple and easy to follow assembly instructions. The best that I have ever seen. My wife, not the most mechanically inclined, put it together in no time. We burn wood for heat, and from the first day our sleep and feeling when we woke up was significantly improved. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their air quality.

I have three air purifiers in my house. I have 2 dogs that are non shedding but family comes often with 3 dogs that are shedding. I cannot believe how much dust the filters accumulate no wonder my allergies are better. Last time I ordered the wrong filters for my tower. Customer Service was simply awesome, had my return label ready, new filters on the way, making the process seamless. Way to go 10 stars for sure...

I ordered two Alen Paralda air purifiers. One for my upstairs bedroom area and one for downstairs, in the family room. I love them. The air is much better in my home. Breathing has been easier and with having a cat, it makes a big difference. I no longer feel like my lungs are starting to tighten when I walk into my home now. Thank you for this product!

I bought this air purifier to try and rid our house of pet odors. It was very noticeable that the house smelled of our pets even after going out for the mail and coming back in from the fresh air. After running it for 2 days the house was clean smelling again! Now we run it once or twice a week and the odors have not returned. Well worth the purchase.

We have 3 large dogs, and they like to play. When the sun would shine through the curtains, the amount of dust they kicked up made me sick just looking at it. You can vacuum the floor, but we couldn't stop the duct cloud. Well, now we have! This air purifier is amazing! There's still dust in the air, but it's minimal. Thank you so much!

I like the air cleaners I have purchased from AirPurifiersAmerica - they work great, and they clean a lot of dust from the air in my Living Room and in my bedroom. My allergies have not bothered me as much, as a result.

Only problem was it took a long time to arrive - once it arrived, easy to use, quiet, easy to move, good machine.

I'm sorry I can't write a review because the air purifier I purchased was a gift.
