I returned a pair of Devin jeans within days of receipt in perfect condition. AG issued me an online gift card rather than credit the card I purchased with. I have written customer service three times and have heard nothing back - it has been almost two months. It seemed unfair to me that AG would not even explain to me why no credit to my card.

Just this particular problem has been a bad experience. I have at least a dozen and a half a G pants of all types that I wear almost daily. I love them, but this is really turning me off.
