The AG folks have been very nice but never able to fix the password to my account. As a result I have not been able to access my accourt to return anything. .

I have never had an issue with AG Jeans online purchasing. It's easy to order and return, though I wish the returns were free, as I usually have to order multiple pair depending on the style of the jean I'm considering.
