I love these boots They are so cute and so comfy. I always get compliments when I wear them.

The shoes are perfect for my wedding and I love that the team wanted to make them for me even when they were out of stock. I see however that the finish of the shoe is not quite what it should be. If you look close it seems like it was put together rather quickly. Another detail was the rather chemical smell when I opened the box. Nevertheless, I was really happy with the service and glad to have a shoe that is the colour and shape as I imagined.

Ordered these boots but ended up returning them. Unfortunately, they look worse in person than in the photos — the quality of the material was disappointing. They appeared much more refined and stylish online.

I adore this well made, feminine loafer. Disappointed that the ‘cognac’ color did not match photo; it was much more pale. I returned and re-ordered, but they came back pale and washed out in color. I really wanted that rich, cognac color that was pictured.

The team at Forever & Always have been fab. We ordered Miranda in pink but I soon realised white was better with our dresses. With their amazing customer service it was all worked out easily.
