The shoes themselves look great. But the sizing on the website does not state what scale it is using. I ordered these from the UK, prices were in GBP, but the size scale was US (without indication!) so my shoes came in a completely different size than I needed. I have inquired about exchanging the size. Even though the website says 14-day returns and money-back guarantee, their exchange policy means that you have to pay horrendous amounts for shipping. I was willing to do that as I really need the shoes, but their customer services is basically non-responsive. So I am stuck here with shoes too small, having paid ANOTHER rate for shipping, and now help of receiving the product that I actually need.
