The shoes are cute, but they arrived with a clear defect that makes it impossible to wear them. I contacted customer service hoping to arrange either a return or a replacement, as I do not believe the issue can realistically be repaired due to the way the shoes are assembled. They initially offered a $15 refund, which anyway was never processed, and after that they stopped responding altogether. It’s been now over a week. I have tried via email and though their social media platforms. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this brand. The products are overpriced for the quality provided, and the customer service has been among the worst I have encountered in many years of online shopping.
