Iam so disappoint about the clients can't exchange shoes anymore cause sizes sometimes are not true sizes. And iam not getting points anymore. Paying for returns etc. Aetrex is going down the hill for me.

I never had any problems with other shoes, sneakers , slippers . Just the Xspress Runner 2 had not so good inserts ( orthotics. )

I am a member and ordered from a sale email and yet I was charged original shipping and return shipping. So I paid approximately $14 to try on a pair of cheap sneakers. Not a bargain, waste of time, and not happy customer.
