Very impressed with the service and with the product. I can hear so much better, and the price is so much better than others. The replacement tubes and domes are easy to replace. The shipping is very prompt.

I am really enjoying them at this time, after I finally got the proper domes on them for my ears. The forth size worked great. I am now able to enjoy talking to most people, where I was having some trouble with a lot of folks before, and the tv.
