Dress came in a timely manner. Had to pay shipping fee to return. Most stores do not do that

Easy ordering process. I bought 2 sizes and return was just as easy.

Adrianna Papell was easy to work with. I ordered a couple of dresses, not sure of which style I would prefer. The Return process for the dress I sent back, was very easy.

I have had to call a couple of times. Customer service was usually helpful. I wish it wasn't so expensive to just try things on with Adrianna Papell. I have paid $35 just to try on a jumpsuit in 4 sizes (I've lost weight). I love the jumpsuit but it won't work because the zipper is so hard to reach. I have learned if I like something on the site try to find in anywhere else first (Macy's, Zappos, etc). Returns are too much through the site. I decided I have to stop shopping on the AP website because of the cost of returns.

Great sexy look and fit. Will wear to wedding in June and a wine tasting late summer.

Tuxedo wrap dress - beautiful but only for perfect bodies!

Ordered size 10 but exchange for size 8 was very easy and quick!

Dress was beautiful but beads and sequin were falling off and dress came very late so shipping needs improvement.
