This dress was beautiful but as soon as I opened the package, I noted a small hole in the sheer material at the nape of the dress. My event to soon so I began the return process. I am being charged $9.95 for returning a damaged dress. The issue is poor quality control on the part of Adrianna Papell and not my fault. I do not want a replacement in case it comes in damaged as well. My event is in <2 weeks.

I have never experienced more difficulty in getting a refund. Returned the dress Exactly according to the companies specifications, And received an email that they received the dress and a refund would be applied. It has now been over 30 days and I have called twice and still not received the refund. I will give it one more week and then I’m going to contact Better Business Bureau.

I bought a dress for a wedding directly through the company. It was very pretty, however, I found something I liked more so returned the dress to the company. It has been approximately two weeks since the dress was sent back and I have received a confirmation from the company that my return has been successfully processed, yet I still have not received my money back. I have reached out asking the company when the funds will be returned and all the can say is “call your bank”, which I’m not sure what good that’s going to do if the funds haven’t even been sent. Due to this terrible experience, I will never buy directly from this company again.

I purchased several dresses and returned ALL of them. I am still trying to get my money back 3 weeks later. They gave me 5.00 for over 750.00…..seriously I have called, IM, emailed and can’t get my money.

Adrianna Papell is a wonderful brand. The sizes have perfect fit and the style of the dresses are beautiful. It’s like a designer brand with low cost prices . I really recommend trying this brand if you are a first time costumer.
