I always find the service fromAdorn Cosmetics spot on. I have contacted customer service a couple of times and have had very good experiences speaking to a representative.

I didn’t understand how the magnetic stacks work so didn’t get the bases. Contact them asap after realising my folly and they were prompt to adjust my order to include them and I paid the difference. Why can’t all customer service be this sleek? Thank you!

Dealing with Adorn is the most easiest company I have ever experienced, always quick delivery and well packed.

Have become a big fan of this brand. Love most of their products, to the point that I'm using almost exclusively Adorn skincare and makeup! Great perks, delivery is always hassle free and I love the clean products and sustainability of the packaging, etc. zero complaints, all love 💕
