I didn’t understand how the magnetic stacks work so didn’t get the bases. Contact them asap after realising my folly and they were prompt to adjust my order to include them and I paid the difference. Why can’t all customer service be this sleek? Thank you!

I needed a replacement jar as my previous one was jammed shut and I couldn’t open it to refill. The jar is great and opens perfectly. But it was the service I was particularly happy with. Taylah was very responsive, helpful, friendly and got a new jar sent out to me in days. Thank you! I love this product and recommend to friends. The samples are also such a good idea!

I've been really happy with the products, very fast shipping, and they offer lots of bonuses and value which is just an extra perk. I love having the opportunity to try samples before purchasing a bigger size, and that they have refill options for many products, a much more sustainable option. I also only use vegan products and it's fantastic the whole brand is vegan friendly!
