I love the products and the customer service! I have been a customer since March. I am very busty so before Adoreme, I only shopped at one other store for bras. That store didn't have anything in my size at the time that I needed news bras so I stumbled across AdoreMe and decided to give them a try. I think that I ordered one set at first just to try them out and LOVED it! Loved the look, loved the fit. So then I ordered 2 or 3 more. I am a 42 H and these bras support me! It is impossible to find a strapless bra in my size but I found one on here and wore in my sister's wedding and had support the entire day. I have no complaints! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! 8 sets later! I have only had one issue with 1 set and it was resolved immediately!

I received my first order this weekend and excitedly tried all my items on! This was my first purchase through the site so I figured there would be some sizing issues. Long story short I had to send all my items back to exchange for size. A task that is usually a huge hassle was so easy with this site. I spoke with a man all Sunday; yes SUNDAY named John. He was amazing. Got back to me quickly, gave me all the answers I needed and by Monday afternoon I had my store credit and was making my new purchase. I cannot thank John enough for his help. I am now a forever member. This site is unlike any other Only suggestion I have is allowing for exchange of a part of the set. I have to exchange all my bathing suit bottoms but now have to send back the full sets even though the tops fit.

I love all of your products I just wish they offered way more designs for the plus sizes especially for the panties. A lot of them are boyshorts and thongs and I like Bikini which is mainly in the smaller sizes. Plus their plus panties run way too big! I always have to go down to a M. So far two of my bras which I've had for less than a year have already started falling apart. So I'm a little disappointed about that but I've bought maybe 10-12 sets from here so far and most of those are doing quite fine.

this is a great site with great deals. Sometimes their deals can get a little annoying with the rules and sets they apply to. Also, most of their bras here are underwire based. Also, processing takes forever!

These bras are comfortable once you find the size that fits you. I know what size I wear when buying other brands, but these run 2 sizes smaller, which is annoying because you have to do returns. But so far, I like the brand!

After a minor dispute in regards to this company charging my card, after I had asked for my account to be suspended , they did credit me the amount of money, that I requested, towards purchases, as well as reimbursed the money that they took out of my account. The quality of their lingerie is very good if not even better than Victoria Secrets and the prices are great. But most importantly, the customer service proved to be above and beyond expectations.
