I’m not one to post long post about stuff but I have to brag on adore me. So Alexis hasn’t had a real bra in years cause of her size. So I saw Adore Me in the Hamilton place mall, and I had to take her there. I heard all this stuff about it on the internet and thought why not. We get there and it was amazing!!! These women were so nice and kind to us. They sized us both and I learned some interesting things. I was size at Victoria Secrets and was told I was a 34B. And it has changed every time I got in there. Well MY TRUE size is a 30DD. I never thought it would be that. And when she brought me the bra and I tired it on. IT FIT AMAZINGLY. It was the best fitted bra I have ever had. I literally didn’t want to take it off!! It was cute and fit like a glove. And Alexis found a bra that fit her! A women who was told at Victoria Secrets that “we don’t go up to your size” found a bra that fit her so well. We loved our bras so much we donated the bras we wore in! Which gives you $5 off your total. I have never had such an amazing experience in my life! No one hated on us for being to big or to small. No one expected us to be super models. It all was amazing and I highly recommend anyone to go to Adore Me in the Hamilton Place mall.

I gained 10lbs since last summer and was struggling to find a swimsuit (especially this late in the season!) for a pool party. I tried a ton of stores and couldn’t find anything until I walked into Adorme thinking I wouldn’t find anything that I liked. Sarah (and her colleague- don’t know her name) showed me a bunch of styles to get an idea of what I liked, and helped me pick out TWO swimsuits that I love, and I ended up buying two sexy bras as well- all on sale (total was $82) which would’ve cost well over $200 in Victoria’s Secret... loved the overall experience and Sarah and her colleague were so helpful and sweet, and kept checking on me to assist with sizes and opinions of which styles fit best. Thank you SO MUCH! I convinced a couple of friends to go to this spot because of my experience shopping here. I will definitely be back soon!! :)

1 Star. First box items were all labeled a size but just by looking you could tell a big difference between the 3. So mad. Sent all back. Never got a refund. Got another box today. Not opening. Sending back Can I add I believe they use Chinese sizing.

It has been many years since I felt comfortable in a bathing suit, let alone happy. I LOVED this store!!!! The vibes, selection, and helpful staff all made my experience great. There is so much to be said for carrying several different styles in all sizes. I’m not a large person by any means, but we all have insecurities. Having options that were cute and comfortable was the best part. I have never been happy or excited to try on swimwear; normally I leave with nothing other than poor self image. Today I left with two swim suits; one was even a two piece suit (a style I haven’t worn in years). I cannot express how great this store and it’s products are.

I just recived my package yesterday, Tried them on today and I am sooo pleased. Thank you so much Adoreme.com I will definitely be buying more from you in the near future. :-D

We love everything we have bought

I made a one time purchase from Adore Me and failed to realize that I had entered a VIP membership. I used one of my husbands credit cards and neither of us noticed the $39.95 charge over the last 6 months (we have a lot going on!). When I called, the customer service representative was amazing and she refunded us for the total of 6 months immediately.

I used Adore me's Bra fit guide. I put in my exact measurements, Unfortunately the sizing is very off and I ended up being 2 cup sizes bigger on all 4 different bras I purchased. Size guide said I was a 30C (my measurements are 27inch band, 33inch bust) Had to exchange all sets. The bras themselves seem to be good quality though. I also do wish Adore me would deliver to Canada without the custom duty charges that I have to pay once the package is delivered which is inconvenient since I never know how much it will be. I now have to pay 4 different custom/duties on my exchanges because each exchanged set had to be done as 4 separate orders. I do Love this site, I just wish it was easier and less expensive custom/duties for Canadian customers. I would have given a higher rating if it was not for these issues.

I order a lot of products online, but I have to do a major shout out to Adore Me's customer service. The two women I worked with -- Norymay and Maricel -- were unendingly patient and did more than expected to get my exchange worked out. They were genuine and not just giving me pre-determined, corporate answers. Hats off to a company that can make you feel personally taken care of in this internet, arms-length retailing world!

Great brand that provides time and time again amazing this for me to wear. I would 100% recommend Adore Me.
