I received the incorrect tray (3. 5in instead of 4. 5 in, honest mistake), and after sending in a photo of what I received, Julie with customer service sent me out a replacement and suggested that if I can’t use the trays I received that I donate them, which is absolutely the kind of customer service experience that will bring me back to purchase more. The quality of the items I received is great. The plastic will last for years and years, which is exactly what I was looking for.
