I appreciate the communication and the repair! It took awhile but that was expected. My item was packaged beautifully which was not expected! However, customer service had offered to place my charm in a static position on the chain, which I readily agreed to - and this was not done. It arrived with the charm again freely moving on the chain. Regardless, I am looking to wearing it again. I just have to be more careful!

Broke within 30 minutes of wearing it. Went back to the store to fix it, and it broke right after employee repaired it. Ended up returning it since it broke twice without even wearing it for an hour.

I originally purchased the 8 mm size, but it was too large, so I exchanged it for the 6 mm, which fits my ears much better. I’ve been wearing them for two days now, and so far they’re comfortable. I’m giving four stars because the two ends of the earring don’t quite sit against my ear, so I do need to adjust them occasionally to make them sit correctly.
