I really liked the earrings but the concept wasn't great. They slid out a week after I got them. Bummer

The saltwater drop earrings broke the second time I wore them. Way too expensive to be made so poorly.

I was not expecting being charged 8$ for the refund.

The cuff was too small to actually fit my ear, stay on, and not scrunch things.

It’s a beautiful product, but by the 3rd day that I had it on (I use it for my earlobe), part of it turned black :(

These were very pretty but unfortunately the closure was impossible for me. They have to go back. Customer service did reply to address my concerns and try to help.

They’re cute but they’re hard to put in and take out and not comfortable to sleep in. Irritated my ears a lot. Won’t be wearing them.

We had an issue with the chain breaking on a necklace with 4 of their smallest pendants. We were then told that the reason of the breaking was the weight of the pendants which was never articulated that some of the chains had a limit of what could be put on them. Although they repaired the necklace for us for free the first time, the second time we went in for a repair, they told us there was no discount that could be provided and I had to spend an extra $75 on a new chain in order for my mom to wear her Mothers Day gift that she had only been able to wear a total of 2 times. I have sent an email to the customer service team and am not satisfied with this purchase.

Unfortunately, the ring broke again the same day I got it back. The repairs took a while and I really didn’t see the pay off from the wait. I’m really disappointed. I’m a fan of this company and the designs, but the swell ring and the repairs to it fell short.

Uncomfortable, flimsy, cheap, and will not return to original shape. Scam.

Overall I really like the look of the ear climbers and the material is great for my sensitive ears. The downfall is that I find myself pushing them back into place throughout the day.

To small for my second piercing. Very hard to get into my ear.

Loved it at first but the edges are already starting to turn. Have only worn it 3 times.

Posts are too loose and can easily fall off. It will need to be a return unfortunately.

Item was way too small

I purchased the silver tiny twists so that I would have a pair of earrings that I could wear all of the time as advertised. However after wearing them for three days straight I noticed that they got very dull and tarnished and really aren't fit to wear. Very disappointed.

I’ve been wearing this nonstop for about two weeks since I received it. I took it off today and it looks horrible. The chain is tarnished the gold around the stone has turned really dark. I compared it to other jewelry I have and it looks like trash. Total waste of money.

Don’t feel good or right couldn’t find how to return

I have sensitive ears, and was hopeful these would work. However, I think whatever they are filled with is exposed at the ends. The part that loops around and touches the front of my ear to look like a second piercing burned a little circle burn in that spot after wearing them, so they’re unusable to me.
