The free gift creamer packets are great. I plan to keep them for restaurant visits. I am allergic to cow milk products and even "non-dairy creamer" contains the casein that I'm allergic to. These will ease my mind when ordering tea in restaurants. Wonderful gift!

I had a great experience with JOI. The shipping was prompt, and the product was packaged very nicely. The customer service reps are efficient and courteous.
