Nothing but great things to say - from the products (nutrition! clean label! delicious! sustainable!) to the recipes and ease of cooking, it's the only option for us. A no brainer. We use daily from breakfast to dinner.

Pricing was transparent, subscription was easy to manage, it shipped on time! Does a tub of tan gloop look weird? Absolutely. But does it smell good? Yes! I love that this is just almonds. It blends up into almond milk very fast, and tastes great. Some separation in the fridge, but I’m pretty sure all almond milk does that, it just comes in opaque packaging usually. I took the plunge to buy this in bulk right away, and I have no regrets. The bulk size is comparable in price to the almond milk I used to get at Costco, but without all the random UPF gums. ONE THING TO NOTE: since this is just almonds, it’s not fortified with vitamins like most almond milks are. Make sure you are taking your calcium ladies!!!

Although I always have problems with the packages tearing open during shipping, I always get them replaced and they're fine in the second shipment. The customer service is superb and the products are great too.

I like the convenience of a powder. I can make what I need and not worry about wasting what I have. It goes in a smoothie dry with water like protein powder.

The Hemp milk concentrate is top shelf. I love it. It does taste a bit raw, but the clean single ingredient is what I was after. 5 stars!

Shipping is quick and you can adjust the frequency pretty easily.

The free gift creamer packets are great. I plan to keep them for restaurant visits. I am allergic to cow milk products and even "non-dairy creamer" contains the casein that I'm allergic to. These will ease my mind when ordering tea in restaurants. Wonderful gift!

I had a great experience with JOI. The shipping was prompt, and the product was packaged very nicely. The customer service reps are efficient and courteous. The one small improvement I would suggest is more communication by email. I had to sign into my account each time I wanted to check the status of my shipment. Wishing you continued success JOI!!
