Although I always have problems with the packages tearing open during shipping, I always get them replaced and they're fine in the second shipment. The customer service is superb and the products are great too.

I like the convenience of a powder. I can make what I need and not worry about wasting what I have. It goes in a smoothie dry with water like protein powder.

The Hemp milk concentrate is top shelf. I love it. It does taste a bit raw, but the clean single ingredient is what I was after. 5 stars!

The free gift creamer packets are great. I plan to keep them for restaurant visits. I am allergic to cow milk products and even "non-dairy creamer" contains the casein that I'm allergic to. These will ease my mind when ordering tea in restaurants. Wonderful gift!

Had an initial shipping issue but this was handled through text and email to perfection and a new shipment was sent promptly. Finally received the product and have been 100% satisfied. I use the product to make smoothies mostly and it is perfect.
