I’ve only washed my hair twice and more than half of them have fallen out, i’ve had to buy more sticky backs and even with the right method they fallout very fast. Quite disappointed.

Poor customer services. I’ve always used remi cachet and love it but had a bad batch. I reached out to customer services and was just fobbed off with the fact I removed the clips. It doesn’t affect the hair quality after only 2 washes with the same olaplex products I have used on my remi cachet for years :woman-shrugging:
