Delivery and product itself very good I even commented on how well it was wrapped up until I opened it and saw 2”” smash at the end of it so not impressed with that but new toilet had go in was pretty expensive for a plinth to start with even more so with a broke one

The toilet plinth arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I could not return it in time as I had the plumber booked on a specific date to fit the new toilet on top of the plinth. The company offered no compensation in this case.
