I have bought several items and I love them all. I find the sweatshirts oversized, leggings true to size, and that tops run a bit small/tight. They are all soft, wash well, and I will keep purchasing!

Absolutely gutted I have worn this about 4 times and hand washed it, it’s gone really mis shaped and bobbly such a gorgeous item but really poor quality :-(

Ordered two hoodies and washed once as per instructions on label! One has the stitching come away and a hole in after first wash! The other has completely shrunk. Avoid at all costs such poor quality for the prices you charge

Got a full set years ago and the clothes are still in incredible condition. I love it and highly recommend this brand!

What a garbage brand and service! Ordered 4 tops and out of 4, 3 of them have company defects! Make sure to measure both sides of your top on each shoulder and each side, easiest is to fold your top in exact half and compare, and 3 out of 4 of my tops were horribly smaller than the other side, honestly not worth the time and money you spend buying from this garbage brand, Never returning ! Never recommend to anyone. I wish they had a section for me to upload the photos i took from the items. And the fact the customer service said : i am sorry u had a problem with fitting!!!!! Excuse me ?? you have a problem with producing faulty and unwearable tops !!!! This is just beyond me ! Two ordered in one week And every time I have been disappointed #2082523 #2073050

Ordered a pair of Ultimate Pocket Leggings. I usually buy leggings in L, but ordered XL as some reviews indicate that Adanola's sizes run small. They weren't kidding! As soon as I took them out of the packet I doubted they'd fit me and I wasn't wrong. Didn't even get them above my knees. Surprised that Adanola is a British company as apparently the average size of a British woman is size 16 and according to their size guide XL is 14-16, but no way would these fit a 14-16 size woman (I'm 12-14 and I had no chance). Shame as they seemed to be decent leggings, but reluctant to order a different size as I have no idea what size would fit me as their size chart is ridiculous. Wonder how many pairs are returned as a result of this. So given 3 stars as they seem like decent leggings but they really need to revise their size chart.

I placed an order and paid for the items I ordered. The package was unable to clear customs because of missing information from the company. I spent hours upon hours of time trying to work with FedEx both in person and over the phone trying to get it cleared from customs. I kept this company informed of everything I was doing along the way. FedEx does not send emails, however this company refused to believe me and said they needed written information from FedEx stating the issues otherwise they wont refund me. The package has now be stuck in customs for a month because of issues from this company and they still refuse to refund me. Do not spend your money or time here. Other companies would be happy to at least assist in an issue like this. Other companies even quickly refund when this happens and are apologetic. I am sorry to say I have put in a lot of time to try to get this package and unfortunately this company does not see the value in their customers and refuses to put in the same amount of time and effort. They don't care that they did not deliver the goods that were paid for. They don't care that their customers are working to fix a problem they caused. They don't even believe their customers when they say there is a problem. They don't care about their customers. Spend you money at company that values you....not this company. UPDATED: the company responded saying it is my responsibility to provide FedEx with a copy of my order confirmation for it be released from customs. this company is so disappointing.
