I was given a £50 gift card from my friend as a birthday present and ordered £124 worth of clothes (4x tops) so I could try 2x different styles in 2x different sizes to be sure they fit. After returning 2x of the tops, I received an email saying I have been refunded £10 to my PayPal account, and £50 back onto the balance of my gift card. I emailed Adanola to ask why the gift card had been refunded before the PayPal money, and they repeatedly told me that their gift card T&C’s state that e-gift card monies would be refunded first. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t have placed the order if I wasn’t gifted the gift card as Adanola clothing is on the pricier side (with poor quality not justifying the price). I also would never have checked the T&C’s of a gift card I was kindly gifted for my birthday. From experience of ordering from many companies, I have never been refunded the gift card monies before PayPal/ cash monies, so assumed this would be the same for Adanola, and they would refund the PayPal/ cash monies before the gift card monies. Refunding the gift card first meant that I was forced to then spend more money in order to use up the gift card (as well as pay the £3. 50 delivery charge), and had to pay over £60 for the items I kept in the first order (I’d already worn the 2x items I kept before receiving confirmation of my refund for the other 2x items), after assuming that the PayPal/cash would be refunded before the gift card balance. As most consumers are unlikely to read the gift card T&C’s, Adanola has come across as greedy, deceitful and cheeky by taking from their customers without them knowing, and forcing them to buy/spend more. I’m really disappointed with Adanola and their customer service team. AVOID!!!

The material is beautiful, but even if I followed the sizing chart to the cm unfortunately the pair i bought keeps falling, making it difficult to exercise in. It is hard to realise that the sizing might be off as while trying them evetything looked alright. On my first use (stroll+gym) I already had to keep pulling them up, and I am so gutted i spent money on something I cannot exercise in, and cannot return.

Returned a t’shirt and sweatshirt by mail. I only got refunded for the t’shirt and when I queried this they said that they only received the t’shirt. Customer service asked for proof of postage which I regrettably don’t have. Since I don’t have proof of postage even though they have received the parcel I sent, they won’t refund me for the sweatshirt. So now I’m out of pocket £55 because they say a sweatshirt which was in the parcel isn’t there. . . Would not buy from them again and would advise that you avoid buying from their website if you think you may need to return something. Customer service will also repeatedly tell you it’s in their terms and conditions that you need proof of postage. Aka if you don’t they can steal from you and you can’t do anything about it.

I ordered a really cute work out onesie and I have been absolutely obsessed with it. The fabric is thick but breathable and it is super flattering. Unfortunately, a seam in the back has come undone making a hole along where the open backing is. I was a bit shocked because I’ve only had the work out set for less than 4 months and have only washed it in cold, gentle cycles and air dried it :/

Finally a brand that does ‘tall’ correctly, I can wear leggings without having a chunk of my ankle on show! The material is great quality, thick and very comfortable. The waist band is super flattering, and they don’t slide off during my workout. I also appreciate the small details like the packaging being biodegradable. Overall, the price point is great for the product. Would definitely recommend!

The torso on this unitard is extremely long. Unfortunately they do not list the exact measurements for the garment, just a general size guide, so if you’re not Kendall Jenner and have a medium-short torso like me, I do not recommend this product. The description for this says “No camel toe”. Well yeah, obviously, cuz the crotch of this garment is all the way down to my knees. Proportions are just way off.

I bought the grey set and was super excited to try my order. I live in California and know that they ship from the UK. I spent $116 and got the material and it was super thin like it was made from SHEIN or Amazon. It also was so thin that it showed the outline of my lady parts. I immediately returned and had to pay $16 to ship it back and write my own return label. Never will order from here again.

Received the wrong pair of leggings in my order the completely wrong colour and size (I had ordered black and midnight blue- instead of black I received burgundy with the black tall label on it!) I contacted customer support who offered 15% off once I’ve returned the leggings and a refund on shipping for the new pair but I go to look for the ultimate leggings in black tall and they’re all sold out, so had they sent me the right pair I wouldn’t have all this faff. The leggings seem very comfy so such a shame I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Speedy delivery and products just as described. First pair of leggings to survive a long run without falling down! Would 100% recommend to a friend.

Style of hoodie is nice but some issues with the lining as loads of catches in it that I fear will be pulled more once put in the wash. Tried to contact customer service but no response

I purchased a jumper and after two washes the fabric was ruined. I followed the care label and washed inside out and at right temperature and after one wash, the texture was already going bad, then after the second wash it is unwearable. I contacted support and they told me it should have been handwashed or washed on its own, which is not on the care label. They didn't provide any other help. Dissapointing given how much the jumper cost and how little wear it got. Won't purchase again.

I made my first purchase a few weeks ago having seen Adanola heavily advertised to US shoppers. I bought a number of pieces in a few sizes to see how their items fit. I was completely disappointed with the quality and fit. I attempted to return items and was informed by customer service that I was completely responsible for all return shipping costs since I was in the US. When I asked to speak to someone else higher up regarding this, their response was not customer service friendly and affirmed that I would be responsible for all return costs. I was shocked at the very poor customer service and quality of items. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Got a sweatshirt for Christmas and ordered a knit jumper in December. Both materials are now almost crispy and uncomfortable to wear after one wash with washing instructions followed vigilantly. I wouldn’t recommend. Leggings on the other hand are fantastic and would recommended purchasing.

Love my adanola leggings. I have 4 pairs now and they’re brilliant. Great fit, material and overall feel. They hug you in the most perfect way. I always feel so put together and all the colours are perfect staples for the gym or for running errands! Couldn’t recommend them more <3

Bags, sweatshirt, tracksuit bottoms. HOW can every item I purchase shrink? I’m so upset because the items are stunning but everything shrinks, even when you follow the washing instructions of 20 and no fabric softener. Gutted, feel like I’ve wasted so much money :(

The leggings are good but the sweats shrink so much - even when you wash on 20 degrees. Not worth it for the money

I know that most the tracksuit bottoms and hoodies are designed to be oversized, but the fabric is so stiff and heavy, they are just not comfortable to wear. Not to mention that the colour fade is crazy after just a few washes on both hoodies and pants I bought. Also, they stain very easily. Unfortunately I won't be repurchasing.

Ordered a gift for my daughter for Xmas. Paid an extortionate £40 for leggings! Wrapped them for Xmas. Consequently when she got them and realised I had bought the wrong size it was outside the 30 day returns policy. After several emails they are refusing to exchange an item that does not fit, even though all labels are still attached and it is still in its original packaging, as this would be in breach of their precious returns policy! Absolutely disgusting after sales service. Take your business elsewhere, I know I will.

I’m quite disappointed, I’ve had this hoodie for just 4 months and I’ve only washed it a handful of times due to not wanting it to go bobbly or loosing its colour and it’s shrunk in the wash! I only ever wash my clothes on cool for this reason! Nothing else in that wash shrunk apart from this hoodie. I’m upset also because they’re expensive so wouldn’t expect this from a brand like this, this also happened to my sister!
