I think these are great products, it's difficult to tell what is having a good effect. Some products have too many ingredients despite I love super foods, I don't necessarily think they should be taken all together all the time.

I bought a 3-month Essential Skin kit to really try it out and give the product a chance. $165 USD and 3 months later, I've seen absolutely no results. The 3-months grace period has expired (of course, it's a 3-month kit I bought!), so they give me a nice, canned response: sorry, too late.
