Unfortunately, the taste and affects are not the same as when I first perviously purchased. It clumps together in the bottle and overall did not have good experience.

Doesn't taste remotely good. I have to put it in a smoothie to take it because in just water it tastes so bad I gag. I'm also not sure if it is really doing anything for my body.

This is completely inedible. I had to toss the whole container because I could not see myself drinking it. I do like the citrus medley flavor and I will stick to it.

I began using Morning Complete almost three years ago. . . occasionally at first and mainly to see if there were any differences in how my body processes food, any noticeable changes in how I felt, or signs of overall health improvement. I have always been reasonably healthy and my diet reflects that, but I can say that using the product and knowing that my gut health is in check I have noticed an overall healthier feeling and plenty of energy as I go through each day. Morning Complete became part of my morning routine and has been a constant almost since trying it, and will remain so for the foreseeable future.
