I really enjoy taking morning complete. It gives me a burst of entertainment, tastes good, and helps with digestion.

I've been taking this for several years now. I'm 81 years old and a vegetarian. So when I first read about this I was really interested since most collagen comes from animal sources and the idea that this would help my body produce more of its own was really interesting to me. My skin looks great and people don't believe me when I tell them my actual age. I've also had friends start using Essential Skin Food as well because they see how it's working for me. I would highly recommend it for sure!! Also, it has helped my hair (I have long hair) stay healthy as well! :) Thanks for this and for all of your products!!

Since I started Morning Complete my energy levels are up and my stomach is flat again!

I ordered other flavors but don’t know why comes with apple cinnamon all of them… Haven’t really noticed any difference yet.

Although I like the clarity of mind that it gives me, I'm a bit of a coffee snob. This tastes like bad, burnt instant coffee. If I put a little salt in it, it tastes a little better. The container is awful. It's in a bag and you have to reach into the bag to get the product. It gets all over your hand. So I moved it to a different container. I mix it with my Morning Complete and drink it down as fast as I can.

I drink one cup every morning, black and it tastes good. I am disappointed that I have not felt any difference in my health. I was expecting at least a little boost in my energy level. For that reason I will not purchase another bag and I rate this product a three star.
