Great quality product with a nice clean look! Kids love it and it's been great. Unfortunately the customer service and support is not of the same caliber as the product, but more like that of a $300 trampoline purchased at Sam's Club. We were on the fence between this Acon and a Jumpflex. Lesson learned.

Family of 5 is over the moon happy with our 16HD trampoline with basketball hoop and sunshade. It brings us together as a family. It gives us all a new way to exercise and have fun together. It's a trampoline we all can jump on at the same time. Our kids get to feel in their bodies , and test the limit's of their physical abilities, which is so important when you are growing up. Having the option to switch the springs later when we all get more confident , adding accessories here and there. They really thought of everything. It can be a whole backyard entertainment center for not just us but the whole block. Thank You ACON for thinking of everything. If you ever have a question, their customer service team is A+ . Can I just remind everyone how difficult it is for companies to hire a customer service staff that people actually find useful and helpful!!!!

Horrible product. May ripped in 2 places after 1 year and they refused to honor warranty. Springs break at the hooks. Customer service is rude.
