Customer service helpful. Replacement mat received in a timely manner. Installation instructions should have been included with delivery of replacement mat.

No complaints! Everything was in great shape at it's arrival, never had to work with customer service on anything. Delivery is always prompt.

I bought this item instead of some generic ones from Amazon. I paid twice the price but happy with the quality and that it didn’t smell bad comparing some competitir oroduct. No electric pump but the manual one is well designed and serve the purpose.

Bad quality for the premium price. Very disappointing

Great quality product with a nice clean look! Kids love it and it's been great. Unfortunately the customer service and support is not of the same caliber as the product, but more like that of a $300 trampoline purchased at Sam's Club. We were on the fence between this Acon and a Jumpflex. Lesson learned.

Kid love it, its nit slippery and not even loving when used in livingroom on wooden parquet.

Very happy with the ACON 16 Sport for several years – right up to the present day. We’ve had to replace certain parts that were breaking. Spent at least €1,000 on spare parts alone, only to realise that the new Top Frame Corner A/B is no longer compatible. There’s no information on the website regarding the frame diameter. To get the trampoline working again, we need further spare parts which are sold out.
