Unfortunately I needed lenses with bifocals. The lenses were not clearly listed on the site as they were far apart from each other in the product list on the website. I am now stuck with 12 months of lenses that I hate.

I paid extra to have this delivered quickly and to guarantee I would have it before the weekend. Because I was never informed that it would go through my post office, I feel I wasted the money to have it expedited bc it still took over a week to make it to me yet I was never compensated for paying for one of the rush delivery option.

Easy / fast service

I ordered 12 contacts for each eye and your company sent me 12 for one eye and 6 for the other. Now I have to order 6 more and I will have to pay shipping and the discount code I used on my previous order will not apply.

You guys never called my optometrist to get my prescription so my order was cancelled and I don’t understand why.

Hey, I was getting low on my lenses and started to find out how to get more, and the reminder email showed up.. just in time. It arrived on time, but I do miss the free cases marked "AC".

You customer service is terrible. It was much better when I used yu last in 2017.
