My lens order arrived promptly. Judy right!

Easy online order process, decent prices/discounts, nice fitting glasses. However, the progressive lens does not suit my eye spacing correctly, thus they do affect my eyes…not as good as pure bifoculs with corrective main lens.

My orders for contacts were filled quickly. The cost is better than any other I could find.

Seamless experience, even when requesting the prescription (in case you don't have the prescription handy) the site offers the option for them to directly contact your Optometrist (you obviously have to provide the contact information). Also, for multiple orders, AC Lens will recognize the previous prescription and will shop out the order within minutes from posting it. Very happy I found this option to get contact lenses.

I have been ordering my contacts from AC Lens for about 20 years, always with exemplary service. This time I was very disappointed. I was notified my order was processing and then actually shipped. I waited and it did not arrive, then I get notified order is cancelled and due to needing to have prescription verification which was incorrect. That info had been uploaded and an order had already been shipped on the new prescription. I sent emails of inquiry and never received a response. I contacted my optometrist to see if they had been contacted for additional verification and they had not. Finally go on online chat person to respond to me indirectly. When stated to the chat the situation of you have my prescription what is the hold up ( and now I am missing the free shipping window) I finally got some action. Although only in the usual text response your order is processing and now they are going to waive the overnight shipping fee of 19.00 (original shipping fee was 6.99) . I still didn't get it overnight but at least I had gotten it. I will order one more time from AC Lens because they have always been so superior, everyone has a bad day, I am just not used to this treatment from this company. I could get this service from anyone!!! So anyone will get my next orders if I get the same service again from AC Lens as I did with this.

Ive been ordering from AcLens for 5 years now. They have always been on time with my order.

I'm not sure that they are the same company that I have in the past because these are extremely thin and flexible es if they were soft lenses which I cannot wear thery are supposed to be gas permeables but I don't believe they're the same quality as what I have from another company that I usually have to order from well they do work and what I can see I'm going to have the optometrist that I normally go to check them out.

The website was easy to navigate and locate the products I was looking for per my prescription. What I really appreciated was being able to clearly see my prescription details in the interface to confirm I had everything correct.

Absolutely recommend this to anyone needing to get contacts. Cheaper than anywhere else I’ve shopped. My prescription had expired and they offered me a free online renew. It was actually kind of amazing to be able to do the exam from my home especially because, like most people, I’m constantly working and busy making it hard to get an exam done. My contacts were delivered soon after that (I can’t remember how long maybe a day or two) and they were exactly what I ordered, etc. Really happy I found this site!
