The only thing I have had a problem with is the humidifier and the terraformer is some how humidity keeps getting behind the screens. It hasn’t effected the terra but the humidifier likes to pick and choose what days it wants to run with the controller or if I have to plug in a probe

I dropped and broke my Cloud S6 fan impeller accidentally a couple of days after I received it. I emailed AC Infinity to see if they carried spare parts and they do not. The representative told me I could get a 20% discount on a replacement fan, and on any other fans for equipment I wanted to order. I thought this was cool since I'm the one that broke it anyhow and I was planning on purchasing some more fans anyhow so this worked out well. I have found cloud in line duct fans to work well and last a long time, I am very pleased with them.

I have your 8 inch cloudline it is an absolute beast of a fan and the filter works amazing my room stinks so bad end of flower and the rest of my house you can't even tell I also have the ai smart controller very simple to use and now my room is dialed in!!! Thanks guys!!!

Its good ,i just wish the drain hole was up higher ,because i have no drains nearby. So i had to put it up on a table. A tray dont work ,i pull about 6 gallons of water a day so i need a bucket. I also thought i could use the air and dehumidifier at the same time. So i just use the air.

I had 2 AC Infinity oscillating fans that quit working and AC Infinity replaced them with new ones! Evenwhen the warranty expired2 months earlier. Promt and professional service! It's why they are killing it these days! I highly recommend!

I only went with a small 2x2x6 kit, but I appreciate the quality even with such limited space. The setup is easy, the instructions are well documented, the milar is high quality and fits snugly but not too tightly to cause ripping. I haven't spotted any light leaks anywhere. The fans, light, carbon filter, and controller are well designed and work wonderfully. I'm impressed at the overall high quality for how inexpensive the whole kit was. I'll definitely go through AC Infinity again if I need more grow space.

I bought a grow tent from AC Infinity about a year ago. The vent fan failed and AC Infinity sent me a new one. No service fee. No shipping fee. No whole lot of questions, guilt tripping or trying to avoid warranting the fan. The new fan was shipped quickly as well. You have no idea how much I appreciate the professional way in which AC Infinity handled my problem. You have earned a lifetime customer. Everything I've purchased from AC Infinity is first class. The tent is very well made, sturdy and attractive. All the electronics work flawlessly. It may not matter to most but my entire setup (vent fan, cooling fan, humidifier, heater and LED light) are run off a single 15 amp circuit. I was quite pleased with that.
