The customer service was great. No issues. I need to contact you guys back since apparently it was the inline fan that is not working, almost new, only used it maybe 4 months. The controller i purchased I assume will work with updated equipment. Customer service and myself thought it was the controller initially why the fan was not working.

Ac works great. The dehumidifier works great as well. Only thing that would make this product absolutely the very best is if you could run the ac and the dehumidifier at the same time. If AC Infinity can make this happen you would almost never have to open your grow space. In the south the humidity is a battle and if you could control both with one unit! Wow!!! Hope you guys can come up with this type of unite even if it had two controls on the same unit with utilizing the same probe. If you make this product please let me try this out and review it in a controlled involvement grow.

Works as it should

All of my equipment that I am using now is Ac Infinity dealing with them for approximately 23 years now only have had one problem with a piece of equipment and they took care of it. Great company support them.

Great service, quick shipment

Had an issue and they replaced it fast. Alls I had to do is send the old one back.

Heater stopped blowing hot air. ACI had it replaced within 10 days.

Great Idea! Will save me money and time being able to change out the charcoal on the spot whenever it is needed.
