This is my third shoe from Ace Marks. I had no issue with the first two but this one the wrong size was sent to me. Had to give it away after never heard back after made my complain to AM

Service could have been better

Love these shoes, but they sent me the wrong color weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the right order to come through.

Tha Ace shoes are the best dress shoes for people who loves quality and if you are one of them I recommend Ace shoes as am in for them

Love their products. Their cedar boot and shoe trees are especially nice. I purchased 5 sets of them.

I was excited to purchase these black loafers, and I appreciate that Ace Marks has wide widths available. However, after one day of wearing them to work, the black leather dye/paint started flaking off the shoes. It left black dust flakes all over the floor. I couldn’t believe how poor quality these were. I did do an exchange just to give Ace Marks another chance. We’ll see if the replacement pair is any better.

Product is different than the photos. Late delivery, Non responsive support.
