Generally good experience, however when I discovered that one of the slides I ordered was the incorrect length and I needed just one more replacement, the shipping cost was almost as much as the price of the slide. I eventually located a local distributor that had one of the right size, and was told a price over the phone which lined up with the MSRP on the website. When I arrived at the distributor to buy the part, it turned out that the quoted price was only available if I bought a box of 5 sets. If I wanted only one set I had to basically pay more than double the price, so they effectively built in the shipping cost and then some. I bought it so I could complete the project quickly, but this felt like gouging by the distributor, since I'm pretty sure they didn't just buy 1 and have it shipped to them, since they had multiples in stock. The only difference on the single set is it comes in a plastic bag.

Easy ordering process for a product that works great!

Great product; very good support!!

No one walks on water so I seldom, if ever give 5 stars! Price matching, the slides were costly but the shipping offered was less than a different source so overall the items were bought from Accuride. On time and packaged well enough as should be expected. Interaction so-so!

Great customer service!

I ordered a like for like replacement on a trash can cabinet slider for one of my handyman customers and everything lined up perfectly so it turned out to be an easy job. Order come in on time as well. Overall great experience.

Awesome products very helpful getting me replacement slides for my 90s Mac tool box that is no longer available from dealer

All went fine.

Amazing slides! I use them on my studio desk in my recording studio for a sliding synthesizer/piano-keyboard tray under my mixing console desk and they work perfectly! Love that they lock out and lock in. Never move when I'm using it, or when the keyboard is put away! Love it! Thank you! Great service too, it took a while to get them maybe a month, but they always responded and kept me up to date when my product was out of stock. Thanks again.
