Better and cheaper than Perfect Aminos!

The aminos are so easy to swallow and are pleasantly tasteless. (Other brands I've used have a bad chalky taste. ) I have used them as directed: 5 before a workout, followed by 5 after. I have noticed strength during workouts and am looking forward to tracking increased muscle mass.
