I love Accelerated Fast. I take it every morning. It helps with energy, curbs appetite, and it helps to keep my morning blood sugar from rising. I like to take it with the Accelerated Aminos (another favorite) before going to the gym. Sara's advice is invaluable! I recently asked for help with my grandson's daily nosebleeds. Good Day, I have been using the Aminos, Thyroid and Cogniblast for a little over a year. The results have been great. One thing I did learn is I wear Frankincense essential oil, so I have to cut down what is recommended. Try this product, it's amazing and does work. In the event you are on medications, be sure to check that you will not have any issues. Be safe.

I've taken various collagen powders over the years thinking it was a good boost of protein and helpful for my hair, skin, nails and joints. But I've never noticed improvements.
