My pump was damaged in shipping and they made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my order

I haven’t used the pump yet but looks like it’s in good shape. The reason for fewer stars was I ordered the pump before fire season (end of May) and received it 3rd week of July!! I would think there should have been a note or return email stating that it will take 8 weeks to receive pump. So I wasn’t too happy about that.

One phone call got me the pump, hoses, and attachments I needed. And the delivery was under a week. Great service.
