Alexis did a pretty good job while servicing my loan

At first this was a great lender to do new business with. Few red flags such as double whatever the prime rate is. Little to no docs. Originally a seemless process. Then things turned south FAST! 5 months into the project I asked about a refinance, to include a swimming pool, I was told yes, absolutely. It's been 2 months sense I first inquired and started the process. These people prove to be more incompetent than what I had originally thought. The appraisal took almost a month to come back and was completely inaccurate! So I had to step in and spend 1500 out of my own money to have an accurate appraisal done which took 2 days!! 2 DAYS!!! you would think it would be a done deal after that right!? Nope!!! These people can't reply to a single email, and when they do, it's 24-48 hrs after. Even my title company expresses frustration due to abl not being very attentive. So I have had 2 new construction projects sit dormant for 2 months now waiting for these people to complete the hud. I'm sure this review won't make the light of day, but if it does, BORROWER BEWARE!!!!

Alexei has been handling my draw request for my last 3 project and since that happened everything has been perfect no more reason to complain all the inspection has been done on time and I got the funds right on time to paid my contractors Thanks Alexei for your help

I cannot speak high enough of ABL and all of their staff. Kurtia is the epitome of customer service and responds in immediate fashion to insure that my funding is done in an expeditious manner. The one individual that stands out the most is ALEXEI VOLOSEVICH !! Don't ever lose him as he brings the utmost professionalism, service and knowledge to the team,.
