The communication with this company can be rated poor, at best. It takes SEVERAL days for anyone to get back with you after sending SEVERAL emails. My first payment is due is 6 days and I still do not have a web address, paper documents, nothing to get my payment paid. As someone who utilizes a mortgage broker several times a year for our business, this company is off our list. We utilized them for a refi that should have taken no more than 15 business days. It was pushing 60 days. John was out of the office or MIA most of the loan process. Truthfully, I have not one good thing to say about the company or the people that we worked with during this loan process. Smooth, it was not.

It has been an all-around excellent experience working with ABL. They are the one lending source I have found that does what they say they will do. We feel very fortunate to have partnered with Greg Dietz and his team on multiple deals this past year, and we are looking forward to significantly increasing our portfolio with them next year.
