aarke customer service has been fantastic, unfortunately the 2 previous Carbonator 3 machines had cosmetic & operating problems, these were delt with very quickly and they were very concerned as their products are premium and considered purchases, I felt a very valued customer,

I've written this before, but Aarke did an absolutely amazing job. service was perfect and when the carbonator arrives, everything about it breath premium product.

Shipping was fast, everything arrived in one piece with my Carbonator Pro. However, when I purchased a Carbonator 3 from a local electronics store beforehand (I researched the product on your website before purchasing), it wasn't clear to me until I opened up the package and saw the expiration date on the plastic bottle that I'd have to replace the bottles. This was a deal breaker for me and something I wish you'd make more clear and prominent on your website. Also, I saw conflicting information between the expiry date on the bottle (which was September 2022, and the product was purchased in August 2022), and the user manual, which said the bottle would last 2 years (I believe, I don't remember exactly). And I read something else on your website when I dug around for the info. It wasn't clear to me if the bottle expired a certain amount of time after it was produced, or a certain amount of time after one starts using it. Either way, I don't like that aspect of the Carbonator 3, so I'm glad you have the pro option.
