This our my first order with A3 and we chose this company for our daughter’s first tech suit partially because a friend had mentioned what great customer service they had. She was absolutely right and we will be ordering again simply because of the incredible service we received! There was a shipping delay that was no fault of theirs; however, they quickly responded to our need for a quick delivery and went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter’s suit arrived on time. Dealing with A3 is always a great experience. Our rep is extremely helpful and I love that they sent a personalized note to my son wishing him luck with his sectional meet coming up. Little things like that go a long way. They even noticed that the goggles I had ordered might not be the correct ones for my son's needs and made suggestions prior to shipping the order.

Horrible redesign. These goggles are no longer compatible with bungies and the gasket is thinner so they hurt your eyes. Very disappointing.
