Awesome on all! Our son had his college mid-year meet that they do a partial taper for, and he broke 2 university records and a meet record in this tech suit. The Phenom is his favorite, and another competitor there had the same suit on!

I love their leg sleeves. I suffer from leg cramps and they really help. I can feel the muscle twitching under the sleeve and I know it is time to get out before I get a full blown Charley horse. I never swim without them!
