Great to get rid of arthritis pain. I lightly apply it twice a day at first. Then after a few days, and as the pain decreases, I move to only once a day until the pain that I thought would always be there, is gone. I’ve given to friends who also suffer from arthritis pain.

Pleasant aroma, soothing feeling in the affected area within 15-20 minutes. Long lasting for me, I use it in the evening on a knee that hurts sometimes and usually sleep well. This product will take the place of current roll on mentholated products I use. The CBD helps the affected area and seems to help with a more calm overall body/mind state.
