I have only used it one night, so I cannot attest to how the cream alleviates leg cramps. I can however, attest to usability of the cream! The texture, smell, and spreadability are amazing, which guarantees I'll be motivated to use it every night. This is super important because many topical magnesium products are not as pleasant and are sitting partially used on a shelf. The Ocean Magnesium Cream feels lovely!
