Chocolates and ice packs arrived melted. Reached out to Customer Service and issue was resolved.

While there was a good attempt made to prevent the chocolate from melting in transit, it still arrived completely melted. It's a great product, I just wish there was a better way to ship it.

Overall, this is a great company! But they need to sort out this issue with chocolate melting.
