I ordered on a Sunday and product showed up on Tuesday. Order was messed up and I was sent extra items and was missing some items I ordered. I called the next day and they shipped out what I was missing that same day and told me to keep the extra stuff that was shipped. Got the correct stuff by Friday. Overall pleased with my purchases but I think the shipping department may need some more quality control. Customer service was very understanding.

Had a little hiccup with my order, Shawna with customer service was on it asap. Got everything fixed and shipped out super fast. I would highly recommend for future orders. Great pricing as well on MRE's.

Very misleading descriptions and pricing for said products. Ordered a Used/Good duffle bag, and when it came in the mail all the straps were missing and there was a hole where someone appeared to re sow it, however that temporary solution didn’t last so it has a pretty good size hole. I’m not satisfied with this company.

Terrible customer service called about an order got a story about problem with shipper. Sent an email got no response. Never had a problem with them before but wouldn't do business with them again.

Freaky fast shipping!! Everything was in better condition than expected! Mre cases were 4 months better than advertised. My ocp rifleman kit upgraded me to the next condition which was like new condition!! My new acu bundled deal rucksack was in new condition in the plastic still! The Veterans Day acu bundle was in a lot better condition than I was expecting for the price!! Especially the added rucksack. Awesome Black Friday pricing. I’ll be placing another order soon!! Very fast service. Great customer service. Had a question got a real person response before 8 hours. I ordered the MRS (couple boxes) A heads up. The MREs have a heat- up bag for/with each meal. But do not have individual water packs. If not using in home, or another place without water handy. Order water packs (4oz) separately. Overall I will be reordering.

cases were improperly stored the cases got so hot that the skittles were one solid block i bought them to store them but they covered the tti indicator with a sticker when i peeled the sticker off the tti indicator was solid black i called to ask if there was any thing they could do she basically said i was S. O. L NOW I GET TO EAT 48 MRES AS FAST AS I CAN SAVE YOUR MONEY I WISH I WOULD OF SPENT A LITTLE MORE MONEY

Good stuff, coming from an old army supply clerk. One issue, make sure your lids open and close correctly and easily before shipment.
